I told Pam tonight that if there is a round of lay-offs she won't be let go. Usually this is a management team decision, but I'm pretty sure I can say she will be kept on.
This is because of several things but tonight she outdid herself with supper and the only thing I could think of to encourage her and compliment her was to tell her she would be "kept on".
She didn't seem at all grateful and the rolling pin was evident in her hand so I went to watch my favorite cat play the piano on YouTube.
