To those of you who live in Northern Indiana perhaps this isn't some exotic thing at which to look, because you see Amish buggies every day. But the majority of the world doesn't live in Northern Indiana, Ohio or Pennsylvania where the Amish reside. To the majority of the world this is quite an unusual thought.
And I would submit that there are many "English" who live here who are very interested to know more about the Amish. I hear conversations among us (the "English" who live here) as we puzzle about Amish adoption of technology, lifestyles, rumspringa, etc.
