new favorite tree

 

This is my new favorite tree.

I always have a local tree that is my favorite. My first ever favorite tree died. Then it was cut down. Since then I've had several favorite trees.

My last favorite tree can be seen in a farm field to the North from the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail in an Amish farm field. Half of the tree is dead and half of it is alive. It is unusual.

My new favorite tree is near an Amish school outside of Topeka, IN. Maybe you can see the concrete blocks that the kids use to walk up the little hill and through the opening in the fence.
